Clothes are transitory objects for me. The collection is based on the idea of mental limitations caused by the physical pain.

It restricts not only the body but also it extends its boundaries at the same time.

I started to transform old military tents. I incorporated  details from tents into my designs. Their practicality help to transform garments in many useful ways. Then I started using organic fabrics like beewaxed cotton twill and cotton poplin from the company which sponsored my collection Ecological Textiles.

Print idea comes from a hospital bed frame. I translated its rigid structure into grid pattern. I used not only recycled tents but also organic fabrics. Silhouettes are simple but rich in volume. Therefore clothes create space-like environment for the body. They are highly functional and they could be transformed into a tent or ‘home’.
